Wheelchair and Ambulatory

Additional Fees:

• Additional Passenger: Each additional passenger (excluding 1 caregiver) incurs a fee of $10 per person

• Deadhead miles: $1.50/mile (Deadhead travel is the distance traveled by our vehicles without a client on board)

• Bariatric Wheelchair: For wheelchairs that are 28 inches or wider, there is an additional charge of $15

• After Hours Surcharge- $20 (Outside 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM schedule)

• Wait time-

• We are happy to wait during your appointment, as long as we are informed at the time the reservation has been made.

• Wait Time: $1.00/minute.

• Cancellations Policy-

• To cancel a reservation, please call or text us at (980-223-2004), (Text 828-455-3883).   We kindly ask that customers cancel their reservations at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the full refund. If a trip is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup, it will be considered a "no show."

• No Show Policy

• If you or your loved one are unable to make the scheduled reservation, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid further complications. If a trip is not completed as scheduled, it will be considered a "no show." In addition to the applicable pickup fee, a "no show" will be charged for the mileage, which is non-refundable with no exceptions.
